Return & Damage Policy

At CNCbyAlysha, each item is handcrafted and carefully inspected before it leaves our workshop. Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged During Shipping

We will only replace or refund items that have been damaged during shipping.

To submit a damage claim, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging materials
  • Photos showing the damage immediately upon opening the package

These photos are required to support claims with the shipping carrier and to verify that the damage occurred during transit.

Exclusions

We are unable to offer refunds, replacements, or returns for:

  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper care
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Custom orders that have been approved and completed as requested
  • Changes in wood grain, color, or natural characteristics of wood
